This Funk, RnB, Jazz band from Shillong have been making waves across the country at all the high profile gigs they have played. Be it the SAARC Band fest or the Jaguar car launch held in the capital. With no other bands in the country doing what they do, 4th Element sure have things cut out for them. Another must watch live band.

If You have a 'Bob Marley Lifetime Pass' that they had given out some years ago you are welcome to the concert once again, for free :)
