South Asian Band Festival-2011 Delhi/Guwahati Details

Indian Council of Cultural Relations (Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India) & Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority jointly organizing South Asian Band Festival - 2011 in Guwahati city. Guwahatians will get to suss out the only band from Bhutan playing in this festival "Kingdom Hum" along with some local talents.


Date & Venue: 4th December from 5PM, Shraddhanjali Kanon, Opp. Assam State Zoo.

However the delhi edition of the festival will start from 2nd december in Purana Qila.

Day 1: Dec 2nd, 2011
Indigo Children ( New Delhi), Bohemian (Bangladesh), Metal Zone Oasis Band (Myanmar, Petri dish project (Mumbai), Zeb & Haniya (Pakistan)

Day 2: Dec 3rd, 2011
The Maldivian (Maldives), Boomarang (Mizoram), Advaita (New Delhi), Kingdom Hum (Bhutan), Motherjane (Cochin)

Day 3: Dec 4th, 2011
Fanoos (Afghanistan), Thriloka(Sri Lanka), Robin and the New Revolution (Nepal), Junkyard Groove (Chennai), Salim Sulaiman (India)
