Project Dreamcatcher posted their new single. The single is a progressive instrumental track titled ‘Goliath’. Goliath is a figure from the hebrew bible. He was a great undefeated warrior but was ultimately defeated by a young boy named david. The single tries to bring out the essence of the battle between david and goliath.
The single has been played on a seven string with tight riffs and layers of ambient guitar parts accompanying the main riffs.The drums are groovy and tight and there are lots of electronic dreamscapes going on in the background.
The track has been recorded mixed and mastered at dreamcatcher studios.
Project Dreamcatcher is a new one man project in town and is comprised of Siddhant Das. The music is a combination of many genres like but is basically progressive with lots of ambient and electronic stuff in the background. The sound is heavily influenced by many different bands like Dream Theater, Radiohead and Pink Floyd, The project was formed in early 2011 and has been silently existing under the radar for quite sometime.
